The multipurpose school ground of the Nizam-era, wherein a recreation park is also coming up, has been finalised as the venue to install the 150 feet flag pole by spending Rs 60 lakh. Finance Minister Etela Rajender had laid the foundation stone for the flag pole as well as the recreational park on July 28. According to the KMC authorities, works on the flag pole is complete and is ready to hoist the national flag.
