Hyderabad: Even as a helpless Congress party watches its ranks in the State Legislative Assembly dwindle towards a possible single digit total with eight of its MLAs lining up to join TRS, and a few more reportedly waiting in the wings to do so, the developments are being viewed as particularly hurtful to Congress Legislature Party leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. Making the events in Congress even more galling for Vikramarka is the fact that four of the nine MLAs joining TRS come from constituencies in erstwhile Khammam district, which also happens to be where he is from, according to some party leaders. Vikramarka was elected to the Assembly from Madhira constituency in the district. He was subsequently elected as the leader of CLP as well as accorded the status of Leader of Opposition in the Assembly. .
