Hyderabad: A two-judge bench of the Telangana High Court, comprising Chief Justice TBN Radhakrishnan and Justice A Rajasekhara Reddy, on Tuesday directed the State Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Telangana Chief Wildlife Warden and Field Director, Kawal Tiger Reserve, to be present in court to assist it in understanding the ground reality of Kawal Tiger Reserve in Adilabad. The bench was dealing with a PIL filed by Diya Sur complaining of the inaction and failure of the State and Central governments in effectively implementing the tiger conservation plan.
